Our client, a family run firm of solicitors are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable individual who can work with minimal supervision, manage a high-volume caseload, and provide efficient support throughout the conveyancing process.
The role will be based in their Hertfordshire offices 5 days a week.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.Managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately.Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.Able to undertake commercial property work when instructions arisePrevious experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal within a residential property department.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of the conveyancing processExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with a professional approach Unless otherwise stated, candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
