Residential Support Worker
Nottingham (NG7) £13.00 per hour + £50 Sleep-In Payment
We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to support teenagers within a 3-bed children's residential home.
The service supports young people with EBD, ADHD, autism and behavioural needs. You will support daily routines, life skills development, emotional wellbeing, medication administration and positive behaviour management.
Shift Times
07:30 - 22:30 (60-minute break)Sleep-In: 22:30 - 07:30 (£50 per sleep-in)Handover: 07:30 - 08:00Weekends and evenings required Essential Requirements
Experience supporting children and young peopleChildren's residential care experienceKnowledge of EBD, ADHD and AutismMedication administration experienceStrong safeguarding knowledgeExperience managing challenging behaviourFluent English Desirable
