SEMH Learning Support Assistant
About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Warrington. This full-time, term-time position involves supporting students who need additional emotional and educational guidance to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support students with SEMH needs in both classroom and one-to-one settingsAssist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and strategiesMonitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staffBuild positive relationships and offer consistent emotional supportSupport students' social, emotional, and behavioural development Requirements
