Over time, you will progressively take ownership of your own scope and grow into a trusted business partner for departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and HR. You will help identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and support continuous improvement of financial processes and tools<br><br></div></div> Your role and impact <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><strong>Reporting & Analysis</strong></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li>Support monthly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and financial consolidation.</li><li>Analyze business performance and key variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year.</li><li>Monitor revenue, margins, inventory, and other key financial indicators.</li><li>Support cash flow forecasting and tracking.</li><li>Prepare financial reports, presentations, and materials for management reviews and board meetings.</li><li>Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business needs.</li></ul></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><strong>Business Partnering</strong></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li>Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights and performance reporting.</li><li>Support strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven analysis.</li><li>Contribute to business cases, investment analyses, and performance improvement initiatives.</li><li>Help identify risks, opportunities, and areas for enhanced business performance.</li></ul></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><strong>Financial Planning</strong></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li>Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis.</li><li>Contribute to the monitoring of operational and financial KPIs.</li><li>Support investment evaluations and business planning activities</li></ul></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><strong>Process Improvement</strong></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li>Contribute to the optimization and automation of controlling processes and reporting tools.</li><li>Support digitalization initiatives and the use of data-driven solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and reporting guidelines.</li></ul></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><strong>Collaboration</strong></div><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li>Work closely with the Business Controller team, Business Analyst, Accounting, and Credit teams.</li><li>Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.</li><li>Report directly to the Head of Controlling.</li></ul></div><br> About you <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><ul><li>You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.</li><li>You have at least 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, audit, or a similar finance role.</li><li>You have a solid understanding of finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.</li><li>You are comfortable working with Excel and have experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.</li><li>You are interested in data, systems, digitalization, and process improvement.</li><li>You combine strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured way of working.</li><li>You communicate clearly and can adapt your message to different audiences.</li><li>You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different departments.</li><li>You are fluent in English and French.</li><li>You are proactive, hands-on, and motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.</li></ul></div>
