We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Engineer to join our team in Iligan City, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects from conception through completion. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraintsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, design drawings, and progress reportsAnalyze project requirements and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project deliveryCollaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve technical issuesMonitor project performance metrics and conduct regular quality assurance reviews to maintain compliance with industry standardsPrepare detailed cost estimates and resource allocation plans for assigned projectsConduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify project specifications and workmanshipMaintain organized project files and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and accessibility of project informationSupport the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of CAD software and technical drawing interpretationDemonstrated ability to analyze complex technical data and prepare detailed reportsExcellent organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsSolid understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle management, and quality assurance processesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering documentsProblem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracyPreferred: Experience with construction project management or infrastructure developmentPreferred: Familiarity with relevant Philippine building codes and regulationsPreferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent #LI-RP1
