Looking for a flexible warehouse role with variety and opportunity? GXO People Campus is expanding its team of Warehouse Operatives across Greenford. People Campus is a dedicated GXO team that supports multiple customer sites within the local area, offering the variety of working across different locations with the security of a direct GXO contract and guaranteed hours. Supporting operations including Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Micheldever, and Greene King , you'll play a key role in busy warehouse environments where teamwork, safety, and customer service are essential. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract . Please note, this is not an agency role; you will be employed directly by GXO as part of our People Campus team. This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7 on one of the following shift patterns : 06:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 22:00 00:00 - 08:00 Pay, benefits and more: Hourly rate: £ 13.63 Unsociable hours premium of £2.89 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 A company sponsored pension scheme Access to our Happi App platform, offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more! Career development and progression What you will do on a typical day: Picking, handling stock accurately and efficiently Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties What you need to succeed at GXO: Able to work well in a team and follow instructions Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
