Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage Solution Reference Architecture (RA) development, with an initial focus on ARM-based solutions. Define product and solution requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Work closely with Taiwan cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Rack Design, Thermal, Power, Networking, Validation, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders. Coordinate the development and integration of rack-scale solutions, including compute, networking, power, cooling, and mechanical infrastructure. Drive project schedules, deliverables, technical requirements, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain and update Reference Architecture documentation, specifications, configurations, BOMs, and product lifecycle information. Serve as the key interface between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional teams for solution-related activities. Support solution validation, qualification, and readiness for production and customer deployment. Work with engineering teams to identify technical risks, integration issues, and potential improvements during solution development. Support customer and internal technical discussions regarding solution architecture, configuration, and deployment requirements. Take ownership of future Reference Architecture and rack-scale solution projects as assigned. Support the development of product roadmaps and future solution planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, System Engineering, or Solution Architecture; server or data center industry experience is preferred. Good understanding of server, rack-scale, data center, or infrastructure solutions. Experience with ARM-based server platforms or ARM architecture is highly preferred. Knowledge of server system architecture, networking, power, thermal management, and rack integration is preferred. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and managing complex technical projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables. Ability to translate customer and business requirements into clear technical and product requirements. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of projects from concept through development, validation, production, and lifecycle management. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Experience in server, AI/HPC, data center, rack-scale integration, or Reference Architecture development is a plus.
