Location: Penrith CA11 Shifts: Monday to Friday schedule with a rotating 3-shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) Great Pay: Start from £15.33/hour , with shift premiums and enhanced overtime rates 💷 Pay Rates We’ve increased our pay to stay competitive and reward your hard work: Early Shift (6am–2pm): £15.33/hour Late Shift (2pm–10pm): £16.25/hour Night Shift (10pm–6am): £17.71/hour YOUR ROLE We are now looking for a Lead Operative to set the standards for production and operational activities. As Lead Operative, you will lead and develop your team, remodel production activities towards world-class performance and make continuous improvement standard practice. You will inspire team members towards hitting their targets.
