• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone • Assist customers with questions and account-related needs • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience • Follow established procedures and banking regulations • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals Qualifications Required:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience • Experience in retail, sales, banking, or another customer-facing role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Preferred:
