If you enjoy bringing people together, tackling complex challenges and turning ambitious plans into reality, this could be the perfect next step for you. 🚀 What you’ll be doing You’ll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to drive projects forward in dynamic, technically challenging environments. Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives, scope, timescales and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved. Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies to keep delivery on track. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, developing mitigation plans and escalating challenges where necessary. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditure to ensure projects remain aligned with financial targets. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to maintain alignment and drive progress. Performance Reporting: Track project performance, monitor KPIs and provide clear reporting and insights to support informed decision-making. Governance & Change Control: Maintain effective project governance, manage changes and ensure appropriate documentation and assurance processes are followed. Team Leadership: Coordinate project teams, manage competing priorities and create an environment where collaboration and accountability drive results. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, share best practice and help teams work smarter.
