DRMP is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to take on more complex projects, guide junior engineers, and drive excellence across our structures practice. The Opportunity DRMP is a fast-growing transportation engineering firm with deep expertise in bridge design, structures, and infrastructure solutions. We're expanding our technical team, and we need a Senior Bridge Engineer who can handle complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business development. Lead & Deliver Complex Bridge Projects Develop structural calculations, produce engineering drawings, and deliver technical reports for complex DOT and transportation structure projects. Work on both Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods. Engineer Creative Solutions Perform and direct engineering alternatives investigations. Analyze data, perform calculations, and evaluate solutions that balance technical excellence with practical delivery. Mentor & Develop Junior Engineers Train junior engineers in design methodology, problem-solving, and technical excellence. Guide project teams and share your expertise. Shape the next generation of bridge engineers. Support Projects Through All Phases Lead design development, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and provide construction-phase problem-solving. Ensure projects succeed from design through delivery. Contribute to Technical Excellence Ensure designs meet AASHTO LRFD standards, FDOT requirements, and DRMP's quality standards. Lead design reviews and set technical direction on projects.
