This internship supports Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and engineering applications by assisting users with technical support, account administration, troubleshooting, testing, and system enhancements. The position also helps maintain and improve engineering data and documentation, supports data migration and cleanup efforts, participates in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives, and contributes to the development of user guides, training materials, and other documentation to ensure effective system use and adoption. Assist with responding to user questions and support requests related to PLM and engineering software tools. Help document issues, track requests, and follow up on support tickets. Support user account administration activities, including system access requests and basic configuration updates. Assist with troubleshooting and testing system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes. Participate in testing activities to validate system functionality and user requirements.
