1. 食品相關科系,相關經驗 2. 有食品認証,食品品質管制及監控規劃經驗者佳。 3. 原物料、在製品及產品取樣檢測。 4. 廠內生產品質檢驗 、現場巡製程及品檢文件處理 5. 製程中品質異常狀況通知、反應、處理並且追蹤改善措施的成效 6. 協助內部稽核及外部認證 7. 協助清洗實驗器材 8. 完成主管交辦事項
