What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners in their homes to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions
Conduct professional, engaging in-home sales presentations
Build trust with customers by listening to their concerns, educating them on their options, and providing solutions that fit their needs
Explain HVAC equipment, comfort solutions, and financing options in a clear and easy-to-understand way
Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards
Close sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approach
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
Work with company-generated leads from marketing, repeat customers, referrals, and your own prospecting efforts
Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience from the initial appointment through installation
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Represent JSP with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or consultative sales experience preferred
Experienced HVAC technicians who are confident communicating with homeowners and interested in transitioning into sales are encouraged to apply
Excellent in-home presentation and communication skills
Strong ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers
Self-motivated, assertive, and results-oriented
Strong closing skills with exceptional follow-through
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience
Ability to conduct business with honesty and integrity
Experience presenting financing options or selling home improvement solutions is a plus
Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate customer appointments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
