About this role
The Team Lead role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the US Healthcare team. The incumbent will motivate team members, set clear team goals, monitor team performance, ensure efficient utilization of resources, communicate with teams, conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, provide coaching, plan team-building activities, address feedback and conflicts, and create a competitive and motivating work environment.
