TI会津工場は、次世代パワー半導体GaN（窒化ガリウム）をはじめとする、社会を支える多様な製品を製造するグローバル拠点。生産拡大に伴い、一緒に働ける方を募集します。
本ポジションは、半導体製造を支える製造装置のスペシャリストとして、装置の安定稼働・性能維持・改善を担う重要な役割です。
半導体業界での経験はもちろん歓迎しますが、必須ではありません。機械・設備の保全、メンテナンス、修理の経験をお持ちで、精密機器や生産設備に向き合ってきた方であれば、その経験を活かして活躍いただける環境です。
仕事内容:
生産ラインにある様々な製造装置に向き合い、日々の保全・メンテナンスだけでなく、故障の原因分析や再発防止、性能改善まで踏み込みながら、品質と安定供給を支えていただきます。
• 製造装置の定期点検、部品交換、保全・メンテナンス • 装置トラブル発生時の原因究明、修理、復旧対応 • 故障データや稼働状況の分析 • 再発防止に向けた改善立案と実行 • 装置の性能改善、安定稼働に向けた最適化
求める人材:
必須要件：
機械・設備のメンテナンス、保全、修理の実務経験
歓迎する経験・知識：
• 半導体製造装置のメンテナンス、修理経験 • 生産設備や精密機器の予防保全・改善に携わった経験 • 電気回路図や機械図面の読み取りに基づくトラブルシューティング経験 • PLC（シーケンサ）や制御システムを用いた操作、保守経験 • データ分析を活用した原因の特定および改善活動の経験
雇用形態
• 雇用形態: 正社員 • 給与体系：年俸制、時間外手当、シフト勤務手当（交替勤務の場合） • 基本年俸：400万円～700万円（経験・スキル・能力を考慮の上、決定） • 時間外手当は、残業実績に応じて支給 • 基本給とは別に、profit sharing(利潤分配)の制度あり。過去５年間、年俸額の15％支給実績あり • 配属先の勤務地が現住所から離れており転居が必要な場合、条件に当てはまる方に対し、転居サポート（転居補助金の支給）を行います。基本給2か月分。
勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間：平常勤務の場合は8:30-17:10まで、交替の場合は弊社勤務カレンダーに従い、昼勤務8:30～20:40 夜勤務20:30～8:40で勤務となります。(2週7日制勤務)
