About this role

Honeywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world. We serve the building, industrial and process sectors with a broad portfolio of services, solutions and products, underpinned by our Honeywell Technologies Accelerator operating system and Honeywell Technologies Forge intelligence layer. By combining the deep domain expertise of our more than 50,000 employees with decades of data from our global installed base, we are uniquely positioned to lead the industrial sector’s transition from automation to autonomy. • Lead the development, validation, and maintenance of integrated EPC project schedules from proposal and baseline development through execution and closeout.

• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and, where required, Microsoft Project, using appropriate work breakdown structures, calendars, coding, logic, constraints, and progress-measurement methods.

• Ensure schedule baselines reflect contractual milestones, the approved execution strategy, engineering and procurement plans, construction sequencing, commissioning requirements, and project risk considerations.

• Lead periodic schedule updates and schedule review meetings, ensuring status, remaining durations, forecast dates, resource requirements, and recovery actions reflect the latest execution conditions.

• Perform critical path, near-critical path, float, milestone, trend, and variance analysis; identify root causes and recommend practical mitigation, recovery, or acceleration strategies.

• Align schedule forecasts, resource histograms, estimate-at-completion projections, cash flow, and financial cost breakdown structures in partnership with Project Controls and Finance.

• Integrate approved changes into schedule and cost baselines and support the evaluation of time and cost impacts associated with change orders, claims, and execution deviations.

• Prepare concise schedule narratives, dashboards, earned value metrics, look-ahead reports, and executive-level insights for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support Project Managers in customer reviews and provide clear, evidence-based explanations of schedule performance, risks, assumptions, and required decisions.

• Promote consistent scheduling standards, templates, governance, and data quality across the portfolio, including alignment with the company PMIS and ERP environment.

• Provide technical coaching and guidance to schedulers and execution teams, and contribute to Project Controls training, awareness sessions, lessons learned, and functional improvement initiatives.

• Comply with all company health, safety, integrity, and code-of-conduct requirements while supporting a collaborative and customer-focused working environment.
