About this role
As a Collection Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary focus will be on managing customer collections, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, ensuring timely and efficient collection processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to collection-related queries. • Manage and track customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. • Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers to discuss payment plans and collection progress. • Negotiate and resolve payment disputes or issues, finding mutually beneficial solutions. • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of collection activities. • Implement effective collection strategies and techniques to maximize recovery rates. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collection management. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer data. • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on collection performance.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • Previous experience in a customer service or collection role is preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new collection strategies and technologies. • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles is an asset.
