REED FE are seeking an experienced Childcare Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent role. This position involves teaching Levels 1-3 to both adult and young learners.
Childcare Lecturer
Hourly Rate: £25-£35phLocation: East LondonJob Type: Temporary (28.8 hours per week, Tue-Fri), with potential to go permanent
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions for Levels 1-3 childcare courses.Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the curriculum requirements.Assess and evaluate students' progress through both formal and informal assessments.Provide support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.Travel between multiple sites to deliver sessions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must hold an IQA qualification.Proven experience as a Childcare Lecturer teaching Levels 1-3.Ability to engage and inspire students of varying ages and backgrounds.Strong organisational and communication skills.Flexibility to travel and teach at different locations.
