The company An established and highly respected manufacturing organisation is seeking a Hygiene & Site Services Manager to lead a business-critical function during an exciting period of operational development and succession planning.
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced people manager who can build capability, create accountability and drive continuous improvement across a large operational environment.
Working as part of the site leadership team, you will provide direction and support to specialist teams responsible for hygiene, environmental and site-service activities. Your focus will be on maintaining exceptional standards, developing team performance, improving operational effectiveness and ensuring the function continues to support wider business objectives.

You could come from a variety of operationally focused environments where standards, compliance and performance are critical. Experience leading teams, improving performance and managing specialist resources will be essential.
