Senior Finance Business Partner - Nottingham / Flexible Working - £75,000 - £90,000
This is a role taking full responsibility for the division's P&L and finance business partnering with operations and commercial to support business delivery. Extensive hybrid home working is offered. You will be a strong finance business partner with an analytical mind-set, someone great with numbers and detail, who also has a commercial understanding in terms of how the numbers translate into changes in business performance.

Budgeting and forecastingSupporting commercial activities from a finance perspectiveAnalysing company performanceMonitoring and advising the board on weekly KPI's and identifying key variancesBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the business including non-financialBusiness partnering the commercial teamsSupporting the FD with commercial projectsStrong Excel skills essential
You will be a Qualified candidate with a strong finance business partnering background within a commercial organisation, and posses great communication skills, including the ability to challenge stakeholders and gain buy in where necessary.
