We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fundraising Database Coordinator to join a well-established charity on a temporary 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator or data professional with strong database management skills to support a busy fundraising team during a handover period, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
About the Role
Working within a friendly and supportive Fundraising and Marketing team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate supporter records and ensuring the smooth administration of fundraising activities. The fundraising database is central to supporter engagement, donation processing, reporting and income generation, making accuracy and confidentiality essential.

Previous administration and data management experienceExcellent attention to detailStrong database management skillsUnderstanding of GDPR and data protectionAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyExperience of using Raiser's Edge is highly desirablePrevious experience working within the charity sector would be advantageous Benefits
21 hours per week (3 days)
Monday to Friday working pattern (9:00am - 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch)
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional birthday day
