We’re looking for a hands-on Parking Enforcement Supervisor to support our Parking Enforcement Services team across Picton and Blenheim. Duties: Supervise, train and support Parking Attendants to deliver great customer service and follow procedures. Oversee daily car park operations and parking enforcement activities. Conduct parking compliance checks and issue breach notices alongside your team. Carry out regular patrols and identify any safety or security concerns. Check parking machines, gates and other equipment, carrying out minor maintenance where required. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and disputes professionally. Assist with rostering, staff allocation, reporting and general administration. Keep communication flowing between the Operations Team Leader, Parking Attendants and clients. What You’ll Need Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A current full Class 1 NZ Driver’s Licence. Training or experience in conflict resolution and customer service. A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Further Details Pay rate: $33 per hour Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm Location: Supporting sites across Picton and Blenheim Vehicle: Company vehicle provided for work use Team: Supervising two Parking Attendants per day Why Work with FIRST Security?
