Brief Role Description Evaluate the financial, credit and operational situation of VWFS's corporate clients (Dealers and Non Dealers) to determine the level of risk and viability of the financings, as well as the timely monitoring and follow-up of the same; in order to issue a credit proposal for authorization by the Local Supervisory Board (Mexico) and Credit Committee (Head Quarters) in line with VWFS MX's current business and risk strategy, in accordance with the policies and regulations established in the Manual of "Granting Lines of Credit to Dealers and Corporate Clients", as well as policies and regulations established in "I-OHB" ("ICS - Consulting & Credit Analysis (GH-GIC)", "Collateral Valuation Guidelines (CVG)", "Handbook Collateral Valuation", "Rating Class", "Collateral Policies for Corporate Financing Authorization Handbook" & "Golden Rules"). Possible Tasks within this Role • Evaluate the financial, credit and operational situation of corporate clients and dealers to determine the viability of financing and develop credit proposals for approval by local and international committees. • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, including interpretation of financial statements, evaluation of profitability, liquidity, indebtedness and payment capacity to identify risks and opportunities. • Assign and update credit ratings through corporate rating models, contributing to the definition of financing conditions, interest rates and risk provisions. • Continuously monitor the financial performance of customers and dealers, identifying deviations, potential risks and action plans that ensure a sustainable operation. • Analyze financing requests, credit line extensions and working capital requirements, balancing commercial needs with the organization's risk guidelines. • Evaluate the financial and equity viability of new prospects, as well as the renewal of existing lines, generating strategic recommendations for the Credit Committees. • Define adequate levels of capitalization and leverage in dealerships to strengthen their financial stability and operational capacity. • Maintain a close relationship with corporate clients, making periodic visits to understand their needs, share financial best practices and strengthen their credit profile. Qualification requirements • Bachelor's degree in Economic, Administrative and Business areas (Financial, Commercial and similar). • Master's degree in finance desirable • Three years in financial analysis. • Two years in the banking or financial sector. • Two years in the process of credit evaluation. • English Advancing Skills Financial Analysis Problem Solving Financial Modeling Decision-making Skills Analytical Thinking At Volkswagen Financial Services, we believe that every voice counts.
