Purpose of the Job The job incumbent will provide all rounded sales administration support to the team to achieve monthly delivery targets. Responsibilities Prepare sales contracts of New Car & Used Car and verify with Sales Executives team for the order and payments Handle the preparation work of required documents for vehicle licensing, ownership transfers, and delivery Ensure all sales data/ information / documents are accurate and up to date in respective platforms & complied with internal compliance and Principal’s monthly, half yearly audit requirements Prepare payment requests for overpayments and manage requisition forms for purchases Provide regular sales reports for management review Liaise with internal counterparts to enhance operation efficiency and achieving relevant KPIs Ensure all documents are filed properly Support and assist in implementation of various sales events/ promotional activities Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines 3 years’ working experience in sales administration, experience in motor industry will be an advantage Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multitask Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS.
