Develop, control and continuously improve QMS content Identify, centralize & leverage best QA practices Assess the need and manage the impact of QMS changes to the site’s operations Go & see the site’s operations to grasp the situation beyond a proposed solution Support QMS change implementation Provide QMS technical support to Quality community, to the users of the QMS Exercise your leadership in accordance with the vision and values of Bombardier Coach your team to develop talent within the organization How to thrive in this role? You possess experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) You possess experience in Manufacturing Systems You possess experience in Quality Control You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others You have a bachelor's degree or a technical college diploma in aeronautics or an equivalent combination of education and experience; You have a minimum of two (2) years experience supervising quality-related activities or any other experience deemed equivalent You have a good knowledge of the standards and regulations in force in relation to the authorities controlling civil aviation in connection with our operations You have good interpersonal communication skills in both French and English.
