Coordinates the activities of external contractors and monitors compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements.Creates and manages work orders in SAP, follows up on their execution, and certifies completed services.Analyzes maintenance and repair requests, identifies repair and modernization needs, and proposes technical and cost-effective solutions.Requests and compares commercial quotations and participates in supplier evaluations.Maintains records of completed works, recurring failures, and associated costs.Monitors utility consumption and contributes to identifying cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities.Tracks maintenance activities and interventions related to utility installations and building equipment.Conducts periodic inspections and monitors functionality, cleanliness, appearance, and safety aspects.Coordinates the maintenance of green areas, outdoor cleaning activities, snow removal operations, and exterior lighting systems.Consolidates, analyzes, and reports Facility Management performance indicators.Provides administrative and operational support for Facility Management projects and activities.
