The Impact You'll Make 作为一名嵌入式软件工程师，你将负责变频器产品嵌入式软件的设计、开发与验证，支持新功能的开发以及问题定位与解决。 What You’ll Be Doing 负责多款变频器产品嵌入式软件的维护、缺陷修复和版本升级，确保软件问题按照规定时限完成分析、修复、验证和发布；对软件质量、客户问题响应效率及维护版本交付结果负责。 根据业务需求完成软件功能开发、适配及验证工作，确保开发任务按计划交付并满足产品功能、性能及质量要求；对所负责功能的设计质量、开发质量、交付进度及功能实现效果负责。 按照公司研发流程要求完成软件设计文档、接口说明、测试记录等技术文件编制与维护，保证文档完整性、准确性和可追溯性；对研发活动符合质量体系及审计要求承担责任。 遵守公司软件开发流程和质量管理要求，按规定完成需求分析、设计评审、代码评审、测试验证及发布审批等活动；及时识别、记录并升级重大技术风险和项目风险。对于因未执行规定流程、审核要求或质量标准而导致的软件缺陷、项目风险或交付问题承担相应责任。 What We're Looking For 学历与经验： 电子信息、自动化、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历。 核心技术栈： 熟练掌握C/C++语言，具备良好的代码规范和调试能力；熟悉ARM Cortex-M系列MCU底层驱动开发（如STM32、Renesas、TI C2000等平台）、通信协议（Modbus, CANopen, EtherCAT, Profinet等）。 硬件理解： 能看懂电路原理图，熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等工具进行软硬件联合调试。 问题解决： 具备较强的问题分析与定位能力，能在复杂系统中快速锁定根因并提出解决方案。 学习能力： 对新技术保持敏感，愿意主动学习不同产品线的技术差异，适应多任务并行工作模式。 其他： 熟练使用Git, python等协作工具；掌握静态代码分析、单元测试。 What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
