CNC Milling Setter Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T . Set tools, work offsets, fixtures, and machining parameters. Perform inspection and make necessary machine/tool adjustments. Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant CNC Milling Setter experience . Experienced in Fanuc and Mazak control systems . Good knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings . Familiar with tooling, work offsets, and machining parameters. Able to use precision measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer. Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
