Requisition ID: 78623 Description We are looking for a dedicated Visual Inspection Equipment Engineering Intern to assist and support our engineers in equipment data collection and optimization. The role combines equipment engineering, process improvement, data analysis, and troubleshooting. The ideal intern is expected to support continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, and cycle time. You will have opportunities to work in cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience. Responsibilities Perform improvement of automation for process/equipment database. Optimize spare parts material control and flow. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform continuous improvement project. Evaluate on IOT implementation to the equipment. Optimise the data collection of the equipment. Perform process improvement task related to Dicing/Final testing/Pick and Place processes. Using AI or programming skills to write programs to improve workflow. Required Experience and Skills Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Science, or any other relevant Engineering Field. Proficient in Python and Arduino programming languages. Basic knowledge of using AI platforms such as Copilot. Knowledge in Oracle and SQL databases. Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
