Job Description Tal’s is our new, lively and casual venue, shaped by chef Tal Buchnik’s approach to Eastern Mediterranean food and hospitality. We are after an energetic, bubbly and experienced Venue Manager with a focus on creating a strong team culture, one that celebrates cultural diversity, and is passionate about creating an authentic and traditional experience for their guests. You’ll be expected to build, lead and develop a diverse team, maintain a culture that strives for excellence, deliver exceptional guest experience, and have fun along the way. You’ll provide ongoing training to the team through product knowledge and be focused on establishing an effective operation rhythm across the venue. Our team knows what it takes to deliver guest experiences like no other and with such anticipation surrounding yet another incredible development, we need managers who are: Strong operators with focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product Hands-on and operational. Experts at stakeholder management. Responsible for developing the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships. Experienced in managing large teams in a high-volume atmosphere; 2+ years in hospitality management is essential.
