WHAT YOU WILL DO Internal Coordination: Generate warehouse transfer orders (STO) for RDC and export distribution. Monitor warehouse SKU availability and target fulfillment based on demand planning. Ensure timely shipment of new product developments (NPD) in coordination with Customer Service and Distribution Planning. Create loading plans in Excel to streamline manual processes. Monitor STO progress and input confirmed ETD from Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) into the system (SAP). New Product Development (NPD) Project Execution: Receive orders, confirm production readiness, plan shipment schedules according to customer requests and communicate with customers. Coordinate with the global team for export orders, confirmation, issues, and inventory management. Determine container allocation based on weight/volume. Process Improvement: Create loading plans in Excel to streamline manual processes. Administration Improvements and Supports: Create loading plans in Excel to streamline manual processes. Monitor STO progress and input confirmed ETD from Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) into the system (SAP). Compliances: Manage, monitor, and report on Delivery. OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant function. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with Project Management principles, including the stages and procedures of the Product Development process. Good understanding of Packaging Development processes and procedures. Knowledge of SAP and manufacturing processes will be an advantage. Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
