About this role
Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Coordination and leadership of warehouse and shipping operations, including daily task organization and workforce allocation on the logistics shop floor Ensuring uninterrupted material flow to production, including shortage monitoring and implementation of corrective actions to avoid production disruptions Management of inbound, storage, picking, line feeding, packing, and outbound processes in alignment with production schedules and customer requirements Optimization of logistics resources and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of personnel, equipment, warehouse capacity, and adherence to safety standards Monitoring of logistics performance and process compliance, including inventory accuracy, FIFO adherence, documentation, KPI tracking, shift handovers, and cross-functional issue resolution This is what you bring to us: Vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or a related field, alternatively equivalent professional experience 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, material flow, or production logistics, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment Leadership experience in a team lead, shift lead, or supervisory function, including workforce coordination, employee coaching, and priority management Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, FIFO principles, line feeding, shipping processes, and ERP/WMS systems such as SAP Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with a safety-, quality-, and customer-oriented mindset and good English language proficiency Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
