Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, vous rejoignez l’équipe Qualité Production en tant que Ingénieur Qualité Production. Vous collaborez quotidiennement avec les équipes Production, Méthodes, Qualité Fournisseurs, Qualité Produit et R&D pour prévenir, analyser et résoudre les non-conformités. Vous contribuez à la performance industrielle en pilotant les actions de sécurisation, de nos productions, d'amélioration continue de nos produits et process et de résolution de problèmes, notamment sur nos nouveaux produits. Votre quotidien Après une période d’intégration, la découverte de nos produits, et de nos process industriels. Vos missions seront Assurer le suivi et la maîtrise des produits en non-conformité tout au long du processus de production. Animer les revues hebdomadaires avec les équipes Production, Qualité Produit, Qualité Fournisseur. Analyser et piloter la résolution des problématiques qualités rencontrées en production, identifier les causes, isoler les produits impactés et évaluer les risques clients. Piloter les de chantiers transverses d'amélioration en production suite à remontées externes ou internes. Mettre à jour et maintenir les référentiels qualité, notamment les défauthèques, check-lists et documents de contrôle. Vous travaillez avec les responsable production, plasturgie et méthodes… et vous évoluerez dans un environnement industriel dynamique, mêlant projets long terme et enjeux opérationnels quotidiens. Votre profil Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation technique (production, ingénierie généraliste, qualité, mécanique). Vous avez une première expérience terrain acquise au sein d'un site de production industriel (alternance/stage inclus). Forte présence terrain et goût pour le travail au plus près des opérations. Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision. Aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs variés Esprit d'initiative et orienté solutions Ténacité, rigueur et capacité à prioriser. As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Production Quality Engineer to join our Production Quality team. Working closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Product Quality and R&D teams, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You will be at the heart of the production environment, preventing, analyzing and resolving non-conformities while supporting the industrialization and ramp-up of new products. Following an onboarding period, during which you will gain an in-depth understanding of our products, technologies and manufacturing processes, your key responsibilities will include: Ensure effective management and control of non-conforming products throughout the manufacturing process. Lead weekly quality review meetings with Production, Product Quality, and Supplier Quality teams. Analyze and drive the resolution of quality issues encountered in production, identify root causes, contain affected products, and assess customer risks. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing arising from internal findings or external feedback. Maintain and update quality standards and documentation, including defect libraries, inspection checklists, and control documents. You will work closely with Production, Plastics Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering leaders within a dynamic industrial environment that combines long-term improvement initiatives with day-to-day operational challenges. Your Profile You hold a degree in Engineering or a Master's level qualification in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. You have gained initial hands-on experience within a manufacturing of industrial products, including internships or apprenticeship programs. We are particularly looking for someone who demonstrates: A strong shop-floor presence and a genuine interest in working close to manufacturing operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and facts. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. A proactive mindset, perseverance and a strong results-oriented approach.
