About this role
【工作內容】 參與新產品開發與設計，協助產品由設計階段順利導入試產及量產。 參與產品開發相關之工程變更、設計優化及技術改善案，提升產品品質與生產可行性。 負責產品料號及相關工程資料維護，建立與管理 BOM 及產品架構組成，確保產品資料正確完整。 建立產品生產工序與製程流程，進行工時測定、標準產能及生產途程之建立與維護。 推動製程改善，透過製程優化、工時改善及成本分析，提升整體製造效益。 配合跨部門協作，協助產品開發、生產、品質及相關工程事項之推動。 其 它 主管交辦事項 。 【 專業能力 】 具備產品開發及新產品導入 (NP) 相關經驗，熟悉產品由開發至量產之流程。 具備製程分析、工時分析及製程改善能力，或 IE 相關工作經驗。 具備 BOM 建立及工程文件管理經驗，熟悉 BOM 、 ERP 、 PLM 或相關作業系統。 具備基本工程圖面及產品規格閱讀能力。 【 任職資格 】 基本條件 專科、大學以上學歷。 工業工程、機械工程、製造工程、電機電子工程或相關科系。 具備 2 年以上產品開發、 NPI 、製造工程或 IE 相關工作經驗。 熟悉製造業產品開發及量產導入流程。 加分條件 具備門鎖、五金、機電整合或其他機構 / 電子產品開發經驗尤佳。 具備良好溝通協調能力，能與跨部門及供應商合作。 工作細心、負責任，具備良好的問題分析及解決能力。 We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
