Your new responsibilities Development of new sensor concepts in a team Integration of photodetectors in silicon process technologies Electro- optical measurements in the laboratory Evaluation and interpretation of measurement results Layout definition of device test structures and process monitoring structures Contribution to the innovation funnel with innovative ideas Who we are looking for Successfully completed Bachelor, master or PhD in Physics, microelectronics, or similar studies First years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with knowledge in silicon process technology Hands on experience in process technology development is an advantage Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation Willingness and ability to work in a project team Proficiency of English language We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
