As a Digital Transformation Program Lead (Vice President) in Securities Services Operations, you will lead global transformation programs that improve operational performance and client outcomes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive delivery with strong governance and transparency. You will use data-driven insights to prioritize work, measure impact, and communicate progress. You will help us adopt new capabilities responsibly while strengthening our operational resilience.
Job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across Securities Services OperationsManage multiple concurrent projects, including workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resourcesPartner with global and regional stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomesFacilitate workshops and interviews to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunitiesGather, document, and maintain layered requirements (business, user, functional, and technical) with full traceabilityTranslate requirements into solution designs, process flows, and clear acceptance criteriaEstablish and maintain program governance, controls, and audit-ready documentationOversee business process modeling, control points, exception handling, and integration specificationsSupport testing readiness, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release coordinationAnalyze operational metrics and key performance indicators to inform decisions and quantify benefitsDrive adoption through change management support, communications, training inputs, and stakeholder engagement Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8 years or more of experience in Finance, Operations, Project Management, or Digital Transformation rolesDemonstrated experience delivering large-scale transformation programs in global, cross-functional environmentsProven ability to lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders to deliver on time and with qualityStrong requirements management skills, including traceability, version control, and governance documentationHands-on proficiency using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery, documentation, and team coordinationExperience creating business process models (Business Process Model and Notation and Unified Modeling Language)Experience defining application programming interface requirements and integration specifications (for example, OpenAPI)Demonstrated ability to develop clear, testable acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing cyclesStrong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret operational data and measure business impactExperience identifying process improvements that strengthen operational resilience and control effectivenessExperience supporting technology adoption and change management within operational teams Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Certification in project management or business analysis (for example, Project Management Professional, Certified Business Analysis Professional)Experience building or partnering on operational dashboards and executive reportingExperience designing exception handling workflows and end-to-end operational journeysExperience with workflow optimization and continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with applied artificial intelligence capabilities used in operational transformationExperience working across multiple regions and time zones with diverse stakeholder groupsExperience improving client experience through measurable operational change initiatives
