The ZF Wind Power Business Unit is part of ZF group which is known as one of the world’s leading automotive suppliers What you can look forward to as Process Engineering Domain lead Castings (m/f/d) Defines, drives and consolidates the IW global standard and owns the relevant documentation PE guidelines and WFM’s Equipment standards Standard PFMEA / Control plan Is the owner of the long-term Innovation trac. Is recognized as a reference and “go to person” with regards to his expertise within the manufacturing community in IW and is a sparring partner with R&D and PPM to support DFA/DFM activities. Leads innovation and or strategic projects for the Domain related processes and executes process innovations from MRL 1 to 9 Drives the effectiveness of BPT methodically. Ensures harmonization and best practice exchanges in all plants for relevant processes. Manages the invent once, rollout and share success methodology. Drives data driven process capability and efficiency over Industry 4.0 approach. Your Profile as Process Engineering Domain lead Castings (m/f/d) 10 -15 years of experience in casting/Machining. Defining and validating the machining operation of large casted components in horizontal and vertical machining centers. Experience in directing matrix-oriented team Process Engineering including defining and validating Cycle times, cutting tools, fixtures, People & Personal skills Cross departmental contact point for expertise related items. In depth operational process know how. Capable of executing process capability evaluation and know how on attainable dimensions and tolerances.
