Prepare and cook food according to recipes, portion sizes, and established standards. Set up the cooking area and prepare ingredients before service. Monitor food temperatures to ensure food is cooked and held safely. Maintain food quality by checking appearance, taste, freshness, and proper portions. Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures when handling, preparing, and storing food. Keep cooking equipment and work areas clean throughout the shift. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during service. Work efficiently during busy periods to keep up with customer demand. Minimize food waste by using ingredients properly and following portion controls. Store and label leftover ingredients and prepared foods according to company procedures. Assist other concession employees with food service, setup, and cleanup when needed. Follow instructions from the Cook Supervisor or Concessions Manager. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the kitchen for the next shift. Performs other duties as assigned. Apply to Levy today!
