More than an internship: a mission We're looking for a motivated Configuration and Change Management Intern (Winter 2027) to join our team in St-Bruno for a 4-month internship . You'll collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to activities related to configuration management, change management, and the continuous improvement of our processes and tools. Y our role, your impact Support configuration management and technical change management activities. Contribute to action tracking and coordination with various stakeholders. Assist in preparing and coordinating meetings and reviews related to change management. Contribute to the evolution and improvement of tools and processes used by the team. Participate in the preparation of training materials and support training activities with different stakeholders. Collaborate with different teams to facilitate information sharing and ensure effective follow-up on ongoing activities. You'll work in an environment where communication, organisation, and collaboration are key. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your professional skills while gaining exposure to a complex and international industrial environment. What you bring Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Good organisational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple activities. A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Ability to collaborate effectively, follow up on actions, and exercise good judgement in different situations. Interest in configuration management, change management, or industrial environments. Ability to communicate in both English and French, particularly when collaborating with international teams and partners.
