Job Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including Fixed Assets Accounting, AP and AR. • Oversee Purchase Order (PO) raising processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and approvals. • Maintain and monitor accurate asset records, including capitalization, tracking, and depreciation, ensuring a reliable asset register. • Perform and review financial reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close activities . • Support internal and external audits, providing schedules, documentation, and audit responses. • Ensure timely processing of POs and payments through SAP ERP, verifying requisitions against budgets, cost sheets, and approvals. • Monitor and drive KPIs, process efficiency, and quality standards within the team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing client expectations. • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 10+, building a high-performing finance team. • Identify process gaps, implement efficiency improvements, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives. • Be prepared to work extra hours during month-end, audits, or client/management requirements. Person Specifications Degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accounting (ACCA/CIMA/CA – part or fully qualified) • 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in BPO/shared services environments • Hands-on experience in fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and financial reporting • Strong experience in AP & AR management, reconciliations, and audit support • Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar financial systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Proven leadership and team management experience • Ability to work in high-volume transactional environments with strict SLA adherence If you are an enthusiastic individual passionate about reaching the greatest heights in the field of Finance & Accounting, then this is your opportunity.
