Build your career in shipping and logistics, apply today join tomorrow! As part of its growth and development, CMA CGM Holland is looking for an HR Advisor to join its Human Resources team. What will you do? Maintain, improve and professionalize HR processes, systems and reporting. Support and manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and offboarding. Analyze HR data and metrics and translate insights into concrete, actionable improvements. Liaison, point of contact for HR queries within CMA CGM Drive and support organizational change and improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance and advise managers and employees on Dutch labor law (and where possible Belgian labor law), HR policies, performance, absenteeism and employee relations. Act as HR partner for 1–2 Business Lines in the Netherlands and Belgium. Take the lead in recruitment and onboarding where needed. Work on projects of the CMA CGM group like Global Onboarding, People Review, transformations, Pay Equity etc Who are we looking for? You are an HR generalist with a hands-on mentality, comfortable operating in a Netherlands context; experience in Belgium is a plus. You have a drive to improve HR reporting, data, processes and systems. You hold as a minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You are well-organized and accurate, and able to translate complexity into clarity. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows You are a team player who collaborates easily and contributes to a positive and professional HR team. You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and you master Dutch at minimum B2 level, spoken and written. You have strong MS Office skills; experience with HR systems and reporting is a strong plus. Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen binnen de organisatie.Verbeteren en verder professionaliseren van HR-processen, systemen en rapportages.Analyseren van HR-data en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.Ondersteunen van organisatieveranderingen en diverse HR-projecten. Optreden als HR-partner voor één of twee business lines in Nederland en België.Coördineren en ondersteunen van recruitment- en onboardingactiviteiten wanneer nodig. Bijdragen aan internationale HR-projecten binnen de CMA CGM Group, zoals Global Onboarding, People Review, transformaties en Pay Equity. Wie zoeken wij? Je bent een proactieve HR-professional die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en energie krijgt van samenwerken en verbeteren. Je hebt minimaal een hbo-diploma in HRM, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting. Je bent een HR-generalist met kennis van de Nederlandse context; ervaring met Belgische HR-processen is mooi meegenomen. Je hebt affiniteit met HR-data, rapportages, processen en systemen.Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en weet complexe vraagstukken begrijpelijk te maken. Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op.Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt. Je bent een teamspeler die bijdraagt aan een positieve en professionele HR-afdeling. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en beheerst het Nederlands minimaal op B2-niveau. Je hebt goede kennis van Microsoft Office; ervaring met HR-systemen en rapportages is een sterke plus.
