Bangladeshi Speaking Support Worker – Lifeways Coventry
£13.45 per hour | Full Time – 37.5 hours per week Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm / 2:30pm–10:00pm / Waking Nights 10:00pm–7:00am | Monday to Sunday Please note: You will be working on a rota basis and must be flexible to work any shift.

We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team at Ash House in Coventry, where we promote choice, independence, and one-to-one support tailored to each individual’s needs. The service is highly activity-based, with people choosing how they spend their time through hobbies and meaningful routines.

Your Role as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live more independent and fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
