About this role
- Production planning - Process implementation and adherence - Drive process improvement initiatives - Participate in Internal & Client audits for process and security compliance - Periodical and adhoc reports in necessary formats as demanded by clients - Team management and development - Monitor and report performance against SLAs and contractual obligations - Engage with account teams / client on periodic reviews
