As a Harvesting Process Manager within our Wood Supply Polaris program, you will be at the center of process innovation, translating vision into action and driving improvements in business performance, process quality, and resource efficiency.
We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Harvesting Process Manager to lead and develop harvesting-related business processes. In this key role, you will help ensure alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives through process improvement and close collaboration with stakeholders.
You will be responsible for leading daily business process activities within the program, ensuring that all work reflects strategic direction set by the Wood Supply Leadership Team and the Process owner. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Leading the development of harvesting processes by analyzing current workflows, identifying improvement areas, and driving process improvements aligned with business • Acting as a key decision-maker and team leader in process workshops and working sessions, bringing industry expertise and business insight • Gathering and translating business and user requirements into clear process, data, and architectural needs, while defining expected outcomes and business benefits • Supporting RFP processes and ensuring alignment between process development and overall program goals • Collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts across business units to secure engagement, ensure knowledge sharing, and support change management activities
You can be based in Sweden, Finland or Baltics, and will report to Head of Operations.

Skills we expect you to have:
• A strong understanding of change management and stakeholder engagement • Experience in business process analysis and modeling • Proven ability to lead teams in process development within forestry, wood supply, harvesting operations or a related industry • Solid knowledge of harvesting processes and harvesting operations value creation • Confidence in facilitating workshops and driving decision-making • Experience in working in international transformation projects or complex project environments How can you apply to this role?
