Your Responsibilities
• Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen an Produktions- und Nebenanlagen. • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Anlagenbetriebs durch Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen. Abstimmung und Organisation von Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit Produktion, Technikbereichen und externen Dienstleistern. • Überwachung von Reparaturarbeiten sowie Durchführung von Funktionskontrollen nach Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen. • Mitwirkung an der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung sowie kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Betriebsmitteln. • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards • Organisation der Ersatzteilbeschaffung und Bevorratung sowie Unterstützung bei Schulungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen.
Your Profile
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker:in oder vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung. • Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister:in, Techniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung industrieller Anlagen. • Gute Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik und mechanischer Instandhaltung. • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office. • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein. • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
