Emergency Department Nurse Manager (RN) - $20K Sign-On Bonus
You’ve led people through busy shifts, tough cases, and real change, and now you want a role where your leadership shapes an entire department. At Summit Pacific, you’ll lead a team of approximately 45, including 20+ full-time RNs, and you’ll also oversee the work in our Inpatient Acute Care unit. Because you’ll lead both areas, you’ll be the person who connects the ED to the rest of the hospital and makes things run more smoothly between them. We’re an independent public hospital district, not part of a large system, so good ideas don’t get lost in layers of approval; our leaders have a real hand in how care is delivered in Grays Harbor County. If you’re a strong communicator who can coach a team through change, handle hard conversations with respect, and always explain the why, we’d love to meet you.
Pay Range (depending on experience): $57.42 - $89.06 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a 2-year commitment in the Emergency Department
• $10,000 paid after 90 days • $10,000 paid after 1 year

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required. • Current, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Three (3) years of recent hospital nursing experience, including Emergency Department experience. • Proven leadership of direct reports, including performance coaching, discipline, and leading a team through change. Preferred
