• Exceed internal and client KPI requirements and achieve best-in-class service delivery • Manage all local resources and functions including talent acquisition, licensing, training, and employee engagement • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment • Manage and track operational and facility budgeting and forecasting • Assist with facility maintenance and vendor management including networking and equipment Qualifications
• Experience in operations management within a Medicare Advantage member acquisition or retention environment • Proven leadership and team management skills with emphasis on mentorship and professional development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
