Key Responsibilities
• Monitor critical shipments and track their progress using carrier and transportation systems. • Identify shipment delays or transportation issues and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Communicate with customers, carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other logistics providers), customer service teams, and internal stakeholders. • Provide timely shipment status updates and follow up on transportation issues. • Escalate shipment issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Document shipment activities, updates, and resolutions in ERP systems, SharePoint, and spreadsheets. • Maintain accurate shipment tracking records and logistics documentation. • Support reporting activities and maintain transportation data. • Follow established procedures, work instructions, and escalation processes. • Monitor multiple shipments simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain clear shift handoff documentation to ensure continuous coverage and visibility. • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. • Support team coverage during vacations, holidays, and other planned absences. Work Schedule This role is part of a global team that provides continuous shipment visibility and transportation support.
Hybrid Work Model Standard Schedule:
• Saturday: 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch) • Sunday: 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch) • Monday: 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch) • Tuesday: 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch) Schedules may be adjusted with advance notice to support business needs and to provide coverage for team members during vacations and holidays. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends as part of their regular work schedule.

Preferred Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate degree is a plus but not required • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, call center operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain is a plus • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook • Experience using ERP systems, SharePoint, or shipment tracking systems is helpful but not required
No prior logistics experience is required. Training will be provided.
