Purpose Statement:
Key Job Accountabilities:
• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role. • Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role. • Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role. • Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role. • Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science. • One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred. • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

• Basic Workmanship Standards Knowledge • Intermediate Computer Skills • Intermediate Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills • Intermediate Verbal and Written Communications Skills • Fundamental Analytical Skills • Proactive and ability to work in a Cross-Discipline team environment • Understand Basic Manufacturing • Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers • Lab tool/ test/measurement equipment experience preferred
